Reggae on the Hip Strip

Music lovers know all about festivals like Reggae Sumfest and Jamaica’s week-long Bob Marley Birthday Bash. As of February 2016, Jamaica is giving Reggae fans yet another reason to flock to the island: the first Annual Reggae Carnival in Montego Bay. Every week, visitors and locals can expect a constant schedule of music, food, drinks and fun from popular locales across Montego Bay.

Margaritaville Montego Bay

Enjoy a night out on Sundays and Fridays with regularly scheduled Reggae nights at Margaritaville. Take in the moon and the sand with a drink in your hand while local artists show off their talents.

Rehab Lounge

Keep the party going on Monday night whenever you stop by Rehab Lounge. Catch a match or shoot a few games of pool. Take the chance to mingle with locals and visitors while enjoying the Reggae atmosphere.

The Pork Pit

Come savor some authentic jerk on Thursday nights, complimented by the Reggae music and a Red Stripe. This simple jerk grill is a favorite among locals and tourists, and will be a hard hit to beat.

Reggae in the Sun

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays head over to the Montego Bay Fishing Village where you can experience live music and festivities from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM. During this time, the Gloucestershire Hotel will be holding the Reggae Music Expo and DonWay will play host to the Paul Campbell Reggae Film Festival.
